Returns and Refunds Policy

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed. We make no charge for the use of our MTD-free software and we request all of our users to make sure they have all information to hand regarding their HMRC online account and relevant services for online submission before they attempt to use our software.

Subject to Section 9, these terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our website and supersede all previous agreements between you and us in relation to your use of our website.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
